Snapshot background of the two co-writers

Govindan ("Govind") Nair has spent a lifelong career in global project management,education and training, and research. He retired as Lead Economist from the World Bank where his 25-year career spanned financial and capital markets, privatization, telecommunications reform, and public-private partnerships. He has been an entrepreneur and adjunct/visiting professor at several universities in USA, Australia, and Malaysia. Govind has worked and travelled in over 80 countries on all continents and is fluent in several languages including French and Spanish. His university education in the United States and France focussed on economics and public policy including at Princeton University and the Institut d'Etudes Politiques ("Sciences Po") in Paris. He has led dozens of senior leader workshops on public policy and business strategy issues, is a frequent global speaker, and is passionate about the new economy and social and organizational innovation.

Since the 1980s, Chong Sun Fu has been a lifelong serial entrepreneur who played a pioneering role in the development of computer hardware and software services during a key period of Malaysia's transformation into a technologically-based economy. Trained as a chartered accountant in Australia, Sun Fu has started and managed seven of his own micro business ventures. He has first-hand leadership in building and managing multi-national corporate teams. In addition, over a 25-year career as corporate advisor, he played a leading role in about 30 other mainly startup companies, either as Board member or corporate officer, spanning a range from retail, property development, manufacturing, investment services, and technology consulting. He has been responsible for building annual revenue streams of up to $US 50 million. Sun Fu is a highly engaging business coach and trainer and public speaker across Asia, including in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, and Japan, as well as in the United States. Sun Fu is passionate about entrepreneurship, community service, and the development of human potential. He serves as business mentor to dozens of rising entrepreneurial professionals from Asia and Africa, including lawyers, engineers, designers, programmers, and accountants, in addition to training hundreds of software and marketing professionals as well as corporate admininstrative staff. He has also been an active civic and community leader and is involved in several charities and non-profit organizations.
